Shipping

Every order is dispatched from our Italian atelier within 48 hours of placement. Each shipment is prepared with care through our trusted local carriers, ensuring your piece arrives exactly as it left us.

Estimated delivery times:

Italy — 2 working days
Europe — 4 to 5 working days
International — 5 to 7 working days

Please note these are estimates. Customs procedures, public holidays, and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect timelines. During peak seasons, processing may extend slightly as we give every order the attention it deserves.

Returns

We stand behind every piece we curate. Our return policy is fully compliant with Italian regulations governing pre-owned goods.

Italy Orders shipped within Italy are eligible for a full refund upon return, subject to our return conditions below.

Europe We welcome returns from all EU member states. You may choose between a full refund or a store voucher of equal value.

Outside Europe We are unable to accept returns from outside the European Union, unless the item arrived with an undisclosed defect.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, your item must be returned in pristine original condition: unworn, odor free, stain free, and unaltered from its described state. The Gia D'Aura tag must remain fully intact. Tag removal automatically voids return eligibility.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or report any issue with your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received, we inspect each piece carefully and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Store vouchers are issued within the same timeframe.

Items showing signs of wear, odor, staining, or tag removal will not qualify for a refund or voucher.
